Installation steps held for TM-4

Turn off the breaker, verify the box is de-energized with a voltage tester or multimeter, and confirm the circuit voltage matches the switch rating.
Make sure the switch controls one light or load from one wall location. Do not use this guide for 3-way, 4-way, dimmer, timer, or smart switch wiring.
Locate the incoming hot conductor, the switched-load conductor, and the grounding conductor. Keep any neutral splice intact unless the product instructions require otherwise.
Connect the incoming hot and switched-load conductors to the switch terminals, then connect the bare copper or green grounding conductor to the green grounding terminal.
Fold wires neatly into the box, mount the rocker switch, install a decorator-style wallplate if required, restore power, and test the connected load.
