Information, not an offer

These pages describe what we make and how it is rated. Nothing here is a binding offer, and no price is published: an order exists only through the quotation and the order confirmation we issue to you.

Product data

Specifications, model designations and packaging details are generated from the model data we hold, and are updated when that data changes. Certification statements are limited to the listing records named on the pages; the file numbers are supplied with the quotation.

Before you install

Wiring devices must be installed by a qualified person, under the code in force where the device is installed and to the instructions that ship with it. The wiring guides on this site are for reference:

• Follow the local electrical code, and any amendment in force
• Use the conductor range and torque stated for that specific model
• Never install a device whose rating does not match the circuit

Our content

The text, photographs and documents on this site belong to us. Catalogue PDFs and wiring guides may be downloaded, printed and passed on inside your own organisation or to your customers; they may not be resold or presented as another company’s product documentation.

Limits

We keep this site accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of error at every moment. Where a figure matters to a submittal, an inspection or a shipment, confirm it with your sales engineer before you rely on it.

Changes

These terms are updated as the site changes, and the date above shows the current version. The terms that apply to a sale are the ones in the quotation and order confirmation we issue for it.
