20,000 m², twelve lines, and the numbers broken down the way a buyer needs them

A single capacity figure is easy to quote and hard to use. Below is the per-family split we plan containers against, the processes that never leave the plant, and the questions we expect a serious buyer to ask about every line of it.

Capacity

Monthly capacity by product family

These are the figures we work to when a container is being planned. The 500,000+ headline elsewhere on this site is the ceiling of this range, not a per-family promise.

Product familyMonthly capacityPrimary standard
GFCI receptacles200,000 unitsUL 943
Standard receptacles500,000 unitsUL 498
USB receptacles200,000 unitsUL 498
Wall plates500,000 unitsUL 514D, where applicable

Wall switches are produced on the same lines as the standard receptacles. Whether a given line is dedicated to one family or shared across two is confirmed with your sales engineer.

The profile, and the check we would run on each line

The right-hand column is the question we would ask any supplier, including ourselves. Ask us for the answers in writing before a first order.

Third-party access

Audits and inspections we host

On-site visits are scheduled through your sales engineer, and the reports come back through the normal B2B channels rather than selectively.

  • Pre-shipment inspections by customer quality teams or third-party inspectors
  • In-process QC audits during a production run
  • Social compliance audits
  • Third-party inspection companies we work with: SGS, BV and Intertek
  • Audit reports and corrective-action responses are returned in standard B2B timeframes

Four photographs from the plant

Factory photos are easy to stage and easy to fake. These four are the plant we are describing on this page — ask to see the same areas on a live video call before a first order.

The four questions we cannot answer with a number yet

A supplier profile that answers everything is usually a profile that made something up. These four are genuinely open, and they are on the list we are chasing.

Before you ask

What we quote rather than publish

Peak-season scheduling, capacity reservations for contract customers and tooling lead times depend on the order in front of us.

  • Capacity is stated per month per family. Booking a slot for a specific container is a commercial conversation, not a catalogue line.
  • Tooling for a private-label program changes the start date far more than the monthly capacity figure does.

Send the list, get the package back

Model list, quantities and project type is all we need to start. The quotation comes back in one business day with the specification sheet for each line item, the listing reference it holds and the packing detail for the DC — one document, not four.
